If your order total is 10,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
(Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)

・For orders under 10,000 yen (tax included), the following shipping charges will apply.

・For orders over 5,000 yen and under 10,000 yen,the nationwide flat rateis 600 yen(tax included) (up to 60 size courier delivery)

・For orders under 5,000 yen, the nationwide flat rate is 410 yen (tax included) (within Nekopos size)

*Shipping to Okinawa: 1,200 yen (tax included)

International Shipping

Overseas shipping will be via FedEx or Japan Post (EMS).
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight. Please check the details when placing your order.


Product delivery time

Generally, we will ship your order within 3 business days of receiving it.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and orders will be shipped the following week.

Product shipping is carried out on weekdays, excluding public holidays and holidays as defined by the Japanese calendar.

For deliveries outside of Japan, please check the tracking number provided at the time of shipment and then check the delivery status on the official website of the respective delivery company.

Regarding long-term delivery and refusal to accept deliveries

In the event of an emergency due to a long-term absence or refusal to accept the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-delivery.

If the product storage period has expired, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given.
