Shipping Fees

Orders totaling ¥10,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
(Excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa)

For orders under ¥10,000 (tax included), the following shipping fees apply:

Orders from ¥5,000 to under ¥10,000
→ Flat rate: ¥600 (tax included)
(Yamato Transport – up to 60 size parcel)
Orders under ¥5,000
→ Flat rate: ¥410 (tax included)
(Nekopos size only)
Delivery to Okinawa
→ Flat rate: ¥1,200 (tax included)

Shipping Carriers

Orders will be shipped via carriers designated by our store, including Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post, or equivalent carriers.
Carrier selection is not available.

International Shipping

Shipping Fees

International orders are shipped via FedEx or Japan Post (EMS).

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and package weight.
Please check the final shipping fee at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed.

Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays. Orders placed during non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

For international shipments, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Please refer to the official website of the shipping carrier for delivery updates.

Long-Term Absence / Refused Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to extended absence or refusal of receipt, any additional shipping charges for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the storage period expires and the package is returned, the order will be treated as canceled and no refund will be issued.

Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and convenience store payments are not available.
